The recommended usage steps are as follows: 1. Design the desired pattern. 2. Cut out the excess vinyl, leaving only the desired pattern on the transparent backing paper. 3. Place the vinyl with the design on the garment, then cover it with a Teflon high-temperature cloth for thermal insulation to reduce damage to the fabric from high temperatures. 4. For home iron use, heat the iron to a moderate temperature (302°F–320°F) and press each part of the design with medium/fixed pressure for 10-15 seconds, using about 10 pounds of pressure. 5. For heat press use, preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds, apply the design at 305°F, and use medium pressure for 10-15 seconds. 6. After 15-30 seconds, the vinyl will have cooled down, and the transparent PVC backing paper can be peeled off. If any part of the iron-on vinyl is lifted, repeat the above steps until the transparent backing can be removed without lifting the vinyl.
